Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area
- Drive primary and secondary sales through dealers and wholesalers
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage
2. Channel Management
- Appoint, manage, and motivate dealers and wholesalers
- Ensure optimal stock levels and product availability in the market
- Monitor dealer performance and resolve operational issues
3. Market Development
- Expand wholesale network including big kirana stores, supermarkets, and wholesale markets
- Increase product visibility and penetration across channels
- Launch new products effectively in the territory
4. Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and schemes
- Provide regular feedback on market trends and customer preferences
- Suggest improvements in product mix and sales strategies
5. Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and MIS
- Ensure adherence to company policies and credit norms
- Monitor collections and outstanding payments
Pay: Up to ₹36,000.00 per month
