We are looking for a proactive, goal-oriented, and highly communicative Telecaller Executive to join our growth team. In this role, your primary objective will be to bridge the gap between our digital marketing marketing funnel (webinars, landing pages, and social media campaigns) and final conversions. You will connect with aspiring digital marketers, professionals, and business owners who have expressed interest in our premium courses, community, or agency services, helping them find the right program or service to level up their careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Webinar Follow-ups: Proactively call leads who registered for or attended Digital Poonam's live masterclasses and webinars (webinar.digitalpoonam.com) to gauge interest and address pending queries.
- Course & Service Counseling: Educate potential students and clients on the structure of our 100% live digital marketing courses, agency services, and consultation benefits.
- Lead Nurturing & Conversion: Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to warm leads, guiding them through the sales funnel to successful enrollment or booking.
- Objection Handling: Confidently answer questions regarding course validity, practical live-project support, tools, and pricing packages.
- CRM & Record Keeping: Dilutely maintain and update the lead tracking database (Excel/CRM tools), noting specific customer feedback, requirements, and scheduled call-backs.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily call volume KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and monthly individual/team enrollment targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing or Business fields are an advantage).
- Experience: Freshers welcome; 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, telesales, or educational counseling. Experience in the EdTech or digital marketing industry is a major plus.
- Language Skills: Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English.
- Digital Awareness: A basic understanding of what digital marketing entails (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Social Media) so you can answer baseline customer questions seamlessly.
- Soft Skills: Active listening, high resilience to handle objections, and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Technical Literacy: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and standard CRM/calling tools.
