Job Summary
The Residential Real Estate Executive is responsible for generating sales leads, assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting residential properties, conducting property presentations and site visits, and achieving sales targets. The role involves building strong client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and providing professional real estate advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate prospective leads through referrals, networking, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential properties.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project walkthroughs.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry generation to deal closure.
- Negotiate pricing and terms between buyers and sellers/developers.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing clients.
- Coordinate with developers, legal teams, banks, and other stakeholders for smooth transactions.
- Prepare sales reports, customer databases, and market intelligence reports.
- Stay updated on local property market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Real estate certification or RERA knowledge is an advantage.
- Valid driving license (preferred).
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in residential real estate sales, property consulting, or business development.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
