Job Title: Restaurant Delivery Manager

Job Summary
The Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing all online food delivery operations through delivery platforms. The role involves ensuring timely order processing, maintaining food quality, coordinating with kitchen and delivery partners, handling customer issues, and maximizing online sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily food delivery operations through, and other online platforms.
- Ensure orders are accepted, prepared, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, packaging team, and delivery executives to minimize delays.
- Monitor online order status and resolve delivery-related issues promptly.
- Handle customer complaints, refunds, cancellations, and replacement requests professionally.
- Maintain high standards of food packaging and presentation for deliveries.
- Monitor ratings, reviews, and customer feedback on delivery platforms and implement improvements.
- Coordinate with account managers for promotions, campaigns, and issue resolution.
- Ensure menu availability, pricing, offers, and operational timings are updated on delivery platforms.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly online sales reports and suggest strategies to improve revenue.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to increase online orders through promotions and campaigns.
- Maintain delivery records and prepare performance reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards during packaging and dispatch.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in food delivery operations, restaurant management, or online aggregator management.
- Experience handling, or similar food delivery platforms.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of merchant portals.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Strong coordination and team management abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak business hours.
