Role Overview:-
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor who has experience in selling high-ticket academic programs and understands the PGDM ecosystem. The ideal candidate must be confident, persuasive, presentable, and capable of handling the complete student journey—from lead generation to final enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Handle inbound and outbound leads for PGDM admissions
- Counsel students and parents regarding program details, career prospects, and ROI
- Convert high-ticket leads into successful enrollments
- Conduct follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings
- Manage the complete admission lifecycle (enquiry → counselling → application → documentation → fee closure)
- Maintain accurate data and track performance using CRM systems
- Achieve monthly revenue and admission targets
- Participate in seminars, webinars, and education fairs when required
Candidate Requirements:-
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in selling high-ticket education programs (MBA/PGDM/Study Abroad preferred)
- Strong understanding of PGDM courses, AICTE structure, and management education market
- Hands-on experience working with CRM systems and lead management tools
- Proven ability to manage leads from start to end independently
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Presentable personality with a professional approach
- Target-driven and performance-focused mindset
