We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our growing team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and strengthening client relationships, driving business growth, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, relationship-building capabilities, and a proven track record in sales or client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate leads through referrals, networking, and market outreach activities.
- Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups to enhance customer engagement.
- Cross-sell and upsell financial products, insurance solutions, investment products, or banking services.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer service and business solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Relationship Management, Sales, Business Development, Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and business objectives.
- Good understanding of customer relationship management principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
