We are hiring experienced Telecallers for the Personal Loan process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Personal Loan sales/calling
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Experience working with lead data and customer follow-ups
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers regarding Personal Loan services
- Follow up with interested customers and assist in the process
- Maintain regular communication with customers
- Achieve monthly performance targets
- Update customer information and call records accurately
- Provide professional and polite customer support during calls
Preferred Candidate:
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Target-oriented and confident communicator
