To manage OPEX/CAPEX budgeting, cost tracking, commercial coordination, vendor management, and cost optimization initiatives for Wind, Solar, and eBOP assets to ensure effective financial control and operational efficiency across the renewable energy portfolio.
Operating within the Central O&M & Asset Management team, the role is responsible for monitoring and controlling operational and maintenance costs across geographically dispersed renewable assets involving multiple vendors, service contracts, and operational activities.
Key challenges include maintaining budget adherence across multiple sites, ensuring timely invoice processing and payment tracking, driving cost optimization without impacting asset performance, managing vendor negotiations and rate contracts, and establishing benchmarking frameworks for O&M cost efficiency across Solar, Wind, and eBOP assets.

Individual contributor role; may coordinate with commercial coordinators, MIS support, and vendor management teams for operational support activities.
- Full-time B.Tech / BE (Mandatory) – Mechanical / Electrical / Civil preferred
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in O&M commercial, cost control, SCM, or asset management functions within the renewable energy industry
- Strong exposure to OPEX/CAPEX budgeting, cost tracking, invoice management, and vendor coordination
- Experience in handling Wind, Solar, and eBOP O&M commercial activities
- Good understanding of rate contracts, vendor negotiations, and commercial governance
- Experience in cost benchmarking, analytics, and optimization initiatives
- Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems, MS Excel, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
