Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals for Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, and Telesales roles. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer engagement, follow-ups, and supporting the sales team in driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Explain company products/services and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain customer database and update CRM records regularly
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer handling
- Achieve assigned targets and contribute to business growth
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Pre-Sales / Inside Sales / Telesales activities
- Good negotiation and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Preferred:
- Candidates from Product-Based Companies will be preferred
- Immediate joiners are an added advantage
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
