Role Overview
The Senior Specialist is a high-impact role responsible for owning and delivering complex product workstreams and managing high-value global accounts.
As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will bridge product vision and execution, ensuring solutions are scalable, commercially viable, and aligned across Product, Implementation, and Support, while effectively managing senior stakeholders and ambiguity.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Product & Business Leadership
- Own end-to-end delivery for product suites or key global accounts
- Identify workflow gaps and drive cross-functional improvements
- Make critical trade-off decisions balancing short-term needs and long-term scalability
Advanced Business Analysis & Solutioning
- Lead complex requirement discovery (e.g., GDS, payment gateways, ERP integrations)
- Collaborate on functional architecture with Engineering teams
- Validate complex logic and multi-module impacts
Program Management & Delivery
- Drive implementation strategy for large-scale deployments and successful go-lives
- Identify risks early and lead mitigation and stakeholder communication
- Ensure delivery commitments on scope, quality, and timelines
Mentorship & Influence
- Mentor Specialist and Associate team members and drive team performance
- Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Promote Product Management best practices and ACES methodology
Basic Qualifications
- 4–5 years in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Implementation
- Experience with SaaS, ERP, or Travel Tech ecosystems
- Proven ability to manage enterprise stakeholders and complex projects
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Domain knowledge in travel operations, finance, or API integrations
- Strong architectural thinking across product ecosystems
- Experience leading change or product transitions
- Data-driven decision-making using product analytics
