The engineer collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and supports continuous improvement efforts to enhance overall service quality and reliability.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor system performance and implement preventive measures to reduce downtime.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
- Experience with identity and access management solutions within cloud environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills related to authentication, authorization, and directory services.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and integration of directory services with various applications.
- Ability to analyze logs and system alerts to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
