Job Purpose
-
Create a “Global Quality Culture “ to produce a Global Quality product “at a competitive price to make the customer delight.
Strive to achieve ensure the zero defect in the process.

Quality maintenance in Gurgaon plants for all model lines of Company.
Broad Role & Responsibility
( State the role this job plays in the organization)

Time to time communicate with customers & analyze their requirements, preparation & implement the Improvements action plan.
-
To look after the all aspects of quality i.e. NPD/incoming /Mfg./final inspection & field quality (warranty claims) , Laboratory and review objectives, ensure gap analysis and problem solving using the timely structural problem solving approach.

Work with CFT to ensure implementation of improvement projects / VA-VE / Npd projects.

Implementation of Global Best Practices, emphasis on the cost reduction of product & sustenance of product in field.

To identify the skills of team members and plan for skill enhancement for global competitive level. Emphasis will on the inbuilt system of inspection.

To ensure the compliance of QMS throughout the organization at all level and horizontal deployment of Best practices in all plants.

Review Supplier quality trends to drive the quality improvements & cost reduction projects. To ensure DOL project of critical suppliers of MSL.

Periodically communicate to Top management regarding performance of the of quality performance of the organization.

To ensure the SAP implementation at receipt and final inspection.

To ensure the traceability of product to ensure at each process and ensure proper identification of critical process.

- Diploma / BE Tech Mechanical Engineering (DCE- Delhi University)
Experience
(Minimum professional experience required to perform the job)

18 + years in field of Machined Components, Foundry (Ferrous & Non Ferrous), Sheet Metal Components, Die Casting, Rubber & Plastic Components, Metal Finishing & Assembly Processes etc.

Achieving DOL Certification from Hero Group
- Implementation of MPS
