We are looking for Machine Operator to run a recycling granulation line specializing in high-purity post-industrial LDPE/LLDPE film scrap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating Single screw recycling extruders with force feeders.
- Managing hydraulic screen changers and maintaining consistent melt pressure.
- Monitoring barrel temperature profiles to ensure zero material burning.
- Routine cleaning and maintenance of vacuum degassing systems and die-face cutters.
Requirements:
- Must have direct experience recycling plastic films/packaging scrap.
- Ability to troubleshoot granule defects (bubbles, rough surface, uneven sizing).
- Knowledge of preventative machine maintenance (screw cleaning, oil changes).
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
