Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic, target-driven, and relationship-oriented Business Development Manager to drive student admissions through corporate partnerships, college collaborations, educational consultants, referral networks, and direct student engagement.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills with a passion for helping students build successful careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new student admissions through various lead generation activities.
- Build strategic partnerships with colleges, educational institutions, corporates, NGOs, and training partners.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the institute's reach.
- Develop referral and channel partner networks.
- Meet monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents.
- Coordinate with the counselling team to maximize conversions.
- Participate in education fairs, career events, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns and outreach initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
