The Dairy QC Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of quality control within our dairy processing operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet or exceed industry standards and regulatory requirements. This position requires a strong background in dairy processing, quality control procedures, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures for all stages of dairy processing.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives related to quality control.
- Lead and mentor the QC team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of competence and efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality in a timely and effective manner.
- Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming raw materials.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting dairy quality control.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Dairy Science, Food Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience of 7 years in a senior quality control role within the dairy processing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of dairy processing techniques, quality control standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using quality control tools and software.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
