As a Baker at Cravin’ by Andy, you will be responsible for the daily production of our signature artisanal breads, cakes, and health-forward pastries. You will work in a high-standard, boutique environment where consistency is the top priority, ensuring that every loaf and pastry that leaves the oven meets our brand's aesthetic.
Key Responsibilities
● Daily Production: Execute the full baking cycle, including scaling, mixing, proofing, and baking a variety of sourdoughs, focaccias, and sponge cakes.
● Recipe Adherence: Follow standardized recipes to maintain consistency in taste and appearance.
● Oven Management: Monitor baking temperatures and timings meticulously to ensure perfect crust, crumb, and color for all products.
● Inventory Control: Track the usage of specialty ingredients and report stock needs to the Inventory In-Charge.
● Hygiene & Safety: Maintain a spotless workstation and ensure all baking equipment is cleaned and maintained according to standards.
Requirements & Skills
● Experience: 1–3 years of professional baking experience in a bakery, cafe, etc. Experience with vegan or gluten-free baking is a significant advantage.
● Technical Skills: Proficiency in dough handling, basic cake decoration, etc.
● Soft Skills: Ability to work morning or evening shifts, physical stamina for kitchen work, and a strong sense of discipline.
● Education: A certificate or diploma in Bakery & Confectionery is preferred, though hands-on experience is most valued.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
