Responsibilities
· Managing all production and quality control activities.
· Handling raw material procurement for production.
· Overseeing the finishing of screens as part of quality assurance.
· Issuing mix designs for production.
· Checking socket positions against drawings and maintaining proper worker flow.
· Tracking project delivery and casting progress.
· Tracking work completed by the contractor.
· Resolving production problems to maintain product quality.
· Checking the quality of raw materials, performing cube testing, and following up for Material Test Certificates (MTCs).
· Managing approximately 30 factory workers to maintain discipline and workflow.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
