Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong construction and interior project execution background to oversee multiple project sites. The candidate must have hands-on experience managing site operations from project initiation through execution and final handover.
The ideal candidate should possess sound technical knowledge of construction methodologies, interior execution, architectural drawings, and basic drafting concepts to effectively coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and site teams. This role requires a proactive leader who can ensure smooth execution, maintain quality standards, resolve on-site challenges, and deliver projects within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage operations across multiple construction and interior project sites.
- Supervise and guide Site Engineers, Site Supervisors, Contractors, and execution teams.
- Ensure projects are executed as per approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate daily site activities and monitor manpower, productivity, and resource utilization.
- Review Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), work schedules, and execution status.
- Resolve site-related technical and operational issues promptly.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, structural consultants, vendors, and clients.
- Interpret and review architectural, interior, and construction drawings to ensure accurate execution.
- Possess working knowledge of drafting and design concepts to clarify drawings, identify discrepancies, and support coordination between design and execution teams.
- Monitor project quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.
- Ensure timely procurement coordination and availability of materials required for execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings.
- Track project milestones and ensure successful project completion and handover.
- Prepare operational reports, execution updates, and project documentation for management.
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency across projects.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 6–10 years of relevant experience exclusively in the Construction, Interior Fit-Out, or Architectural Project Execution industry.
- Experience handling multiple construction/interior sites simultaneously.
- Proven experience managing projects from site mobilization to final handover.
- Practical understanding of architectural and interior drawings, drafting principles, and design coordination is mandatory.
- Experience working closely with architects, interior designers, consultants, and execution teams.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and interior execution.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and interior drawings.
- Basic drafting knowledge (AutoCAD or equivalent) to review drawings, identify execution issues, and coordinate design modifications.
- Strong project planning, execution, and coordination skills.
- Team leadership and manpower management.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of project documentation, DPRs, BOQs, and site reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is highly preferred.

- Background strictly from Construction, Architecture, or Interior Fit-Out companies.
- Strong technical understanding combined with operational leadership.
- Capable of independently handling multiple ongoing projects.
- Willing to travel frequently across project sites.
- Highly organized, accountable, and committed to delivering projects on time with exceptional quality.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
