Job Title: Service Advisor – Two Wheeler
Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor for our two-wheeler service division. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer service requests, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring smooth service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend customer service inquiries and vehicle complaints
Explain service requirements and estimated costs to customers
Coordinate with technicians for timely vehicle servicing
Prepare job cards and maintain service records
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of vehicles
Follow up with customers regarding service updates
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
