Job Title: Phonics Educator
Key Responsibilities:
- Lesson Planning and Delivery:
- Develop and deliver interactive and age-appropriate phonics lessons aligned with the curriculum or literacy framework.
- Incorporate multisensory techniques to enhance student engagement and understanding.
- Assessment and Monitoring:
- Assess students' phonemic awareness, decoding, and blending skills regularly.
- Track progress and identify students needing additional support or enrichment.
- Intervention Support:
- Design and implement targeted interventions for struggling readers to address gaps in phonics knowledge.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to support student progress.
- Classroom Environment:
- Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that fosters a love of reading and literacy.
- Utilize engaging resources, such as flashcards, phonics games, and reading materials, to reinforce concepts.
- Collaboration:
- Work with teachers, literacy coordinators, and support staff to align phonics instruction with broader literacy goals.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
