Business Operations
- Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure efficient execution of plans.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Team Leadership & Mentoring
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to senior management and staff.

- Foster collaboration across departments and encourage innovation.
- Identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
Learning & Industry Adaptation
- Quickly understand new industries, products, services, and market dynamics.

Stakeholder Management

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Commerce, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Total 10 years, and 5+ years of progressive leadership experience, including senior management responsibilities.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage business operations successfully.
- Demonstrated capability to learn and adapt quickly across different industries.
- Strong financial, operational, and strategic management skills.
