Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients for travel management services.
- Generate business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, email campaigns, and client visits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers, government entities, and SMEs.
- Promote the company's corporate travel solutions, airline ticketing, hotel bookings, visa services, holiday packages, and MICE services.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and business proposals.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM with client interactions and opportunities.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand travel requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Coordinate with operations and reservations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare weekly sales activity reports and monthly business development reports.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetings
