We are hiring a Social Media Manager (Sr. Executive) to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and grow our brand among SMBs in India. The role involves handling Linked In, Instagram, and YouTube, running campaigns, and using modern tools to increase traffic, engagement, and leads

Roles and Responsibilities

Write and publish SEO blogs, case studies, and explainer articles that engage SMB audiences.
Manage and grow JB’s presence on Linked In, Instagram and YouTube through regular updates.
Collaborate with the design and creative teams to execute impactful social media campaigns.
Track and monitor keyword rankings,website traffic, inbound leads, and content performance.
Utilize AI tools to draft content, create short videos, and scale creative assets.
Strategize and execute Social Media Marketing (SMM) campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement.

Key Performance

Increase in organic traffic and lead generation from content marketing.
Growth in social media engagement metrics (reach, CTR, follower base).
Higher number of inbound demo requests directly linked to content

Requirements

A storyteller with a marketing mindset and a knack for building narratives.
Ability to simplify and explain technology in a relatable way for SMBs.
Proactive, consistent, and hands-on with digital and marketing tools.
