- Lead and manage the dealership sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize business growth.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure target achievement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Ensure proper handling of customer inquiries, negotiations, and sales closures.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and service departments for seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, MIS, and forecasting for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, dealership standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
- Drive team motivation and maintain a high-performance sales culture.
