Role Overview We are looking for a disciplined and system-driven Senior Accountant who can independently manage the company’s accounting operations, financial controls, compliance systems and MIS processes.
This role is ideal for someone who is: detail-oriented process-driven operationally strong proactive with reconciliations and controls comfortable working in a fast-scaling manufacturing environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting & Bookkeeping Manage daily accounting entries in Tally
- Maintain purchase, sales and expense records Vendor and customer ledger reconciliation
- Bank reconciliation on a regular basis Maintain accurate cash flow and payable tracking Compliance & Taxation
- GST working, reconciliation and filing coordination TDS compliance and tracking
- Coordination with CA and auditors Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions Financial Controls & MIS
- Prepare daily / weekly MIS reports Track receivables and payables
- Support cashflow planning and outflow management Build structured approval and payment systems
- Monitor inventory/accounting alignment Operational Coordination Coordinate with production, procurement and dispatch teams
- Vendor payment coordination Support management with financial planning and operational tracking
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Tally Strong understanding of GST and accounting principles
- Good Excel / Google Sheets skills Experience in manufacturing or FMCG accounting preferred
- Strong ownership mindset Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment Preferred
- Experience 3–6 years of accounting experience
- Experience in manufacturing / FMCG / food businesses preferred
- Experience handling operational accounting and reconciliations

Pay: ₹14,261.00 - ₹55,338.67 per month
