Job description:
Role Overview :
We are looking for a highly motivated SDR to drive outbound and inbound lead generation. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for creating qualified opportunities for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers (ICP-based targeting)
- Execute outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn and various other sources.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Schedule product demos for the sales team
- Maintain and update leads in CRM
- Follow up consistently to nurture prospects
- Work closely with Sales Head and Marketing for campaign execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–3 years experience in sales / lead generation / business development
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and outreach
- Basic understanding of SaaS / IT products (preferred)
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and email tools
Good to Have
- Experience using CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
- Prior startup or B2B sales exposure
- Ability to handle objections and qualify leads effectively
KPIs / Success Metrics
- Number of qualified leads generated
- Meetings / demos booked
- Conversion rate from lead to opportunity
- Outreach activity (calls, emails, LinkedIn touches)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
