Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products—from identifying user needs and defining product strategy to delivering high-quality features and measuring business impact. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to build intuitive, scalable products that align with organizational goals and delight users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution plan.
- Conduct user research, customer interviews, and data analysis to identify product opportunities.
- Validate product ideas through discovery and prioritize initiatives based on customer and business impact.
- Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Prioritize the product backlog using frameworks such as RICE, Impact vs. Effort, and business value.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Define product KPIs and monitor performance using analytics tools.
- Analyze user behavior and product metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate feature launches and ensure successful go-to-market execution.
- Communicate product updates, risks, priorities, and trade-offs with leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous product enhancements based on user feedback and business objectives.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of Product Management experience in consumer-facing or high-scale digital products.
- Proven experience managing products throughout the complete product lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum product development methodologies.
- Experience conducting user research and translating customer insights into product features.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹770,764.96 - ₹1,788,323.79 per year
