Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Branch Head to lead sales, business development, customer engagement, and branch operations for our Hyderabad location. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent business acumen, and proven experience in the furniture, modular furniture, seating, interiors, building materials, plywood, laminates, or related industries.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute branch sales and business growth strategies.
- Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective sales management.
- Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and business planning.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Develop key accounts and identify new business opportunities.
Business Development
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, architects, interior designers, consultants, channel partners, dealers, and distributors.
- Identify and develop new revenue streams and strategic partnerships.
- Generate repeat and referral business through strong customer engagement.
- Expand market presence and strengthen the company’s business network.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Set performance goals and monitor team productivity.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
Operations & Customer Management
- Monitor branch performance, inventory, logistics, collections, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure effective order management, fulfillment, and delivery processes.
- Coordinate with support teams to provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate reporting and business performance tracking.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5–10 years of overall experience with at least 2 years in the Furniture, Modular Furniture, Seating, Interior Solutions, Workstation Systems, Plywood, Laminates, or Building Materials Industry.
- Proven track record in Sales, Business Development, and Key Account Management.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience handling direct sales, channel sales, and dealer networks.
- Understanding of sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, and profitability management.
- Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, inventory management, and business operations.
- Willingness to travel extensively as required.
