Core Responsibilities
- Site Development: Overseeing earthworks, drainage systems, road layouts, and utility connections (water, sewage, and gas) specifically for residential layouts.
- Structural Oversight: Reviewing and implementing structural designs for foundations, RCC frames, and masonry work to ensure they meet load-bearing requirements and safety standards.
- Quality Control: Conducting regular site inspections to ensure materials (concrete, steel, etc.) and workmanship meet the highest quality standards and architectural intent.
- Vendor & Contractor Management: Coordinating with subcontractors, supervising site labor, and ensuring that project timelines are met without compromising quality.
- Regulatory Liaison: Managing permit applications and ensuring all construction activities comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
- Cost Management: Monitoring material wastage and optimizing resources to keep the project within the allocated budget.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
