HR & Admin Officer – Short Job Description
Designation: HR & Admin Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and HRMIS data.
- Handle employee engagement and grievance resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Manage office administration, housekeeping, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain office assets, records, and stationery inventory.
- Support payroll and employee benefit administration.
- Prepare HR and administrative reports as required.
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA (HR) preferred.
- 1–3 years of HR & Administration experience.
- Good communication and computer skills (MS Office).
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
