JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer with 1–2 years of relevant experience to create high-quality interior and exterior 3D models and realistic renders based on approved architectural drawings, design concepts, and material selections.
The candidate should have a strong eye for detail, good knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering, and the ability to deliver quality visualizations within project timelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create accurate interior and exterior 3D models based on approved drawings and specifications.
- Produce realistic renders with appropriate materials, textures, lighting, and camera composition.
- Understand architectural and interior design drawings and convert them into high-quality 3D visuals.
- Coordinate with Architects and Draftsmen to ensure the latest drawings and design information are used.
- Verify drawings, material selections, and design details before starting visualization work.
- Identify discrepancies between drawings and 3D models and communicate them to the concerned team.
- Maintain proper file naming, version control, and revision records.
- Prepare presentation-ready renders for client meetings, proposals, and online reviews.
- Incorporate approved revisions while maintaining design accuracy.
- Manage assigned visualization work according to deadlines and project requirements.
- Communicate any delays or issues related to drawings, materials, or revisions.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in 3D Visualization, Architectural Visualization, or Interior Visualization.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max / SketchUp / Blender or similar 3D modeling software.
- Knowledge of V-Ray / Corona / Lumion or equivalent rendering software.
- Good understanding of materials, textures, lighting, and composition.
- Strong attention to detail and dimensional accuracy.
- Ability to understand architectural and interior drawings.
- Good creative and visualization skills.
- Ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple revisions.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
QUALIFICATION
- Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant portfolio of interior/exterior 3D visualization work is an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
