What You'll Work On
- Own and execute Meta campaigns and launches end-to-end
- CLM - own strategy and execution of customer retention campaigns
- Analyse full user funnels — acquisition → signup → first interaction → recharge → repeat
- Track demand quality across channels, categories, geos, and time windows
- Analyse pricing, packs, cashback, and offer performance
- Contribute to growth strategy — not just reporting, but identifying what to do next and why
Must-Have
- 2 years in digital marketing (Meta)
- Working understanding of paid acquisition (Meta / Google Ads, CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS)
- Strong comfort with funnels, cohorts, Excel / Sheets
- High ownership, strong execution discipline, attention to detail
- Experience with consumer internet or app-led products
