We are looking for a dedicated Field Executive from a farming background who understands agricultural practices and enjoys working closely with farmers. This role involves field visits, farmer engagement, and supporting biomass procurement and agricultural initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to villages and farming communities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers.
- Support biomass aggregation and procurement activities.
- Collect field data and prepare basic reports.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution.
- Educate farmers about company initiatives and sustainable agricultural practices.
- Assist in resolving field-level issues.
Eligibility
- Must be from Odisha.
- Family background in farming is mandatory.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Odisha.
- Basic smartphone and communication skills.
- Honest, hardworking, and eager to learn.
Preferred
- Prior fieldwork experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with local farming communities.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
