We are looking for a skilled L1 Webex / Video Conferencing Support Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing first-level support for video conferencing solutions, handling incidents, and ensuring smooth functioning of collaboration services.
- Monitor infrastructure and identify issues proactively
- Handle L1 incidents and provide first-level resolution
- Troubleshoot video conferencing (Webex) and basic network-related issues
- Provide support to clients via calls and chat
- Perform routine maintenance activities including patching and configuration changes
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for issue resolution and escalation
- Ensure proper tracking and closure of incidents and service requests
- Maintain and update knowledge base articles
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Webex / Video Conferencing tools
- Basic knowledge of networking (IP, DNS, connectivity)
- Experience in IT Support / NOC / Service Desk environment
- Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Experience in collaboration tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
- Exposure to monitoring tools and incident management processes
- 3+ years of relevant experience in IT support or NOC environment
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a client-facing role
- Willingness to work in a structured support environment
