We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their requirements, providing suitable solutions, and converting leads into successful enrollments or sales. This role requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Counsel potential customers regarding the company's products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales while achieving assigned targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and company offerings.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Qualifications

- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, EdTech, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

- Experience in inside sales, telesales, or education counseling.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously.
