About the Role
Global Media Marketing & Communications Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling, digital communication, and creating engaging content across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for developing high-quality content for social media, websites, blogs, campaigns, corporate communications, and multimedia projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and create innovative content for social media and digital platforms in English, Hindi, and/or other Indian regional languages.
- Write engaging, audience-focused, and SEO-friendly content that improves online visibility and user engagement.
- Develop creative concepts and content for social media campaigns, contests, and digital promotions.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines.
- Stay updated with current trends, news, and audience interests to create relevant and impactful content.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and video production teams to execute integrated content strategies.
- Write compelling copy for websites, blogs, social media posts, advertisements, brochures, email campaigns, and presentations.
- Develop scripts for TV commercials (TVCs), corporate films, AVs, reels, podcasts, jingles, and promotional videos.
- Research assigned topics to ensure all content is accurate, informative, and well-structured.
- Edit, proofread, and maintain consistency in grammar, tone, and brand voice.
- Optimize existing content to improve organic reach, engagement, and search rankings.
- Brainstorm innovative content ideas and contribute to campaign planning.
- Perform any additional content-related responsibilities assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in content writing or content creation.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Proven experience in creating engaging content for social media, digital marketing, websites, blogs, and online campaigns.
- Strong ability to create compelling content across multiple formats, including articles, blogs, social media posts, website copy, video scripts, captions, and marketing content.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages will be an added advantage).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital engagement, and content marketing strategies.
- Experience in campaign ideation, storytelling, and audience-focused content development.
- Working knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
- Strong research and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with designers, video editors, and digital marketing teams.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with AI content tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
