Manager – Field Marketing
Bengaluru (Field Role)
₹30,000–₹40,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives
Role Overview
As a Manager – Field Marketing, you will drive UpKraft's growth across gated communities by building partnerships, generating high-quality leads, and executing on-ground marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Society Partnerships
- Build relationships with RWAs and apartment associations.
- Secure permissions for demos, workshops, and events.
- Expand UpKraft's presence across premium communities.
Lead Generation
- Generate leads through activations, kiosks, referrals, and campaigns.
- Execute local marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with the Inside Sales team for conversions.
Community Engagement
- Organize music events, workshops, and trial classes.
- Coordinate with tutors and operations.
- Deliver engaging community experiences.
Marketing Execution
- Execute offline branding across societies.
- Ensure strong brand visibility.
- Track campaign performance.
Reporting & CRM
- Maintain partnership and lead records.
- Share weekly reports.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
Candidate Profile
- Fresh MBAs are encouraged to apply.
- 0–3 years in Field Marketing, Sales, Community Marketing, BTL, or Business Development.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Hindi (Kannada is a plus).
- Comfortable with field travel across Bengaluru.
- Experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
