About the Role
Join Conceptial Media's web team and gain hands-on experience building real client websites on WordPress, Shopify, and custom stacks. You will learn how websites are built for performance, SEO, and conversions — not just for looks. This is a learning-first role where you will work directly alongside senior developers on live projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in building and customizing WordPress and Shopify websites for clients
- Develop and update landing pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Support the senior dev team with plugin configuration, theme customization, and bug fixes
- Ensure websites are mobile-responsive and meet Google Core Web Vitals standards
- Integrate third-party tools such as forms, CRMs, chat widgets, and analytics
- Follow SEO best practices during development (page speed, schema markup, meta tags)
- Proficiency in Next.js, , Node js, PHP, Wordpress and MySQL.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, PHP, Wordpress, MySQL.
- Familiarity with WordPress (Elementor or Divi is a plus).
- Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and work in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Basic understanding of what SEO means for web performance.

Pay: Up to ₹7,000.00 per month
