Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front desk operations and reception staff.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain visitor logs and security protocols.
- Ensure cleanliness and presentation of the reception area.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office functioning.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies inventory related to reception needs.
- Train, monitor, and evaluate reception/front office staff.
- Address client or guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
