Nirmala Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Officer to provide high-quality medical care to patients in accordance with hospital protocols and ethical standards. The candidate will be responsible for patient evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed patient assessments including history taking and physical examinations
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Prescribe medications and treatments as per standard guidelines
Attend emergency cases and provide timely medical intervention
Coordinate with consultants and specialists for advanced care
Maintain accurate and complete medical records
Ensure adherence to hospital infection control policies and NABH standards
Counsel patients and families regarding treatment plans and preventive care
Participate in clinical audits, CMEs, and quality improvement activities
Support hospital health camps and outreach programs when required
Qualification
MBBS from a recognized medical college
Valid Medical Council Registration
Experience
0–2 years of clinical experience preferred

Strong clinical decision-making ability
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team-based environment
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Basic computer knowledge for EMR documentation
