Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telecallers to connect with potential customers, generate leads, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients
Explain products/services and generate interest
Schedule meetings or follow-ups for the sales team
Maintain call records and update CRM systems
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
Handle basic customer queries professionally
Requirements:
0–2 years of experience in telecalling or sales (freshers can apply)
Good communication and persuasion skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools
Target-oriented and confident personality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹8,814.61 - ₹29,139.56 per month
