JOB DESCRIPTION : (CANDIDATE ONLY FROM REAL ESTATE REQUIRED)
1. Recruitment, Talent Acquisition & Employee Lifecycle Management:
o Lead 2nd-level screening, interviewing, and selection for open roles to ensure the best fit for the organization.
o Design role tasks and competency specifications while developing cost-effective recruitment strategies, including the use of AI tools, to achieve timely closures of vacancies.
o Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems, assisting managers and employees with goal setting and executing Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
o Facilitate knowledge transfer and manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for employees.
2. Payroll, Benefits & Compliance:
o Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining comprehensive record-keeping. Address and resolve payroll and benefits inquiries from employees.
o Maintain payroll systems and verify attendance and leave records for payroll inputs. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESIC, PT, and MLWF.
o Assist employees with medical emergencies, claims, and documentation to support their well-being.
3. HR Data Management & Cost Analysis:
o Maintain the HR Management Information System (HR MIS), dashboards, and employee records, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
o Prepare comprehensive manpower costing on both a departmental and overall level, analysing annual manpower acquisition costs to inform budgeting decisions.
o Track budgets for administrative and employee engagement activities, including festivals, events, travel, and team-building exercises.
4. Employee Engagement & Administration:
o Plan and execute annual and quarterly employee engagement and recognition and rewards (R&R) programs, ensuring they align with the engagement calendar and budget.
o Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for administrative operations, conducting regular office and site inspections to ensure compliance.
o Oversee transport management, facilities management agency contracts, service level agreement (SLA) monitoring, office infrastructure upgrades, and procurement/payment processes for administrative supplies.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
