Position Overview
The Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing end-to-end legal support to the organization, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, minimizing legal risks, and supporting strategic business decisions. The role requires expertise in corporate, commercial, labour, data privacy, and industry-specific laws, along with the ability to draft, review, negotiate, and execute a wide range of legal documents.
Key Responsibilities
1. Commercial and Corporate Agreements
- Draft, review, vet, and negotiate:
- Letter of Intent (LOI) for lease
- Commercial lease agreements
- Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between investors and company
- Vendor and supplier agreements
- Service agreements
- Loan agreements
- NDAs and confidentiality agreements
- Travel trade agreements with partners such as BookMyShow, District, etc.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹83,000.00 per month
