As an HR Intern at Fitistan, you'll support end-to-end HR functions from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and internal communications. This role offers hands-on experience in HR operations in a fast-growing health and wellness startup. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, learn HR systems and tools and help us build a workplace that is productive and engaging. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment databases.
- Help in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on relevant platforms.
- Planning and executing employee engagement activities.
- Maintain and update HR records, employee databases and documentation.
- Preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding materials.
- Research and suggest learning resources for employee skill enhancement.
- Help in managing HR documentation, contracts, and confidentiality agreements.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of working independently.
