Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions, conducting site visits, and closing property sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
- Contact potential customers and understand their property requirements.
- Schedule and conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
