Franchise Business Development Manager

Job Summary:The Franchise Business Development Executive / Manager will be responsible for expanding the MilkyWay Ice Cream brand through franchise partnerships. This role focuses on identifying potential franchisees, evaluating business opportunities, driving conversions, and supporting the end-to-end franchise onboarding process to ensure sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:1. Franchise Expansion
Identify and develop new franchise opportunities in target markets
Generate leads through field visits, references, events, and digital platforms
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential franchise partners
1. Lead Conversion & Sales
Present the MilkyWay Ice Cream franchise model to prospective investors
Conduct business presentations, financial discussions, and ROI explanations
Negotiate commercial terms and close franchise agreements
1. Market Research & Strategy
Analyze market trends, competition, and location viability
Suggest expansion strategies based on demographics and footfall analysis
Identify high-potential locations like malls, high streets, and food hubs
1. Franchise Onboarding
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of new franchisees
Assist franchise partners in site selection, setup, and launch
Ensure adherence to brand standards and operational guidelines
1. Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners
Act as a single point of contact for franchise-related queries
Support franchisees to ensure business success and retention
1. Reporting & MIS
Track and report sales pipeline, closures, and revenue targets
Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation
Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management review
Key Requirements:Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience:
3-8 years in Franchise Business Development
Retail, QSR, or FMCG industry preferred
Immediate joiner preferred
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
