Job Requirements* We are looking for a Reporting Associate – People Analytics to support the delivery, maintenance, and validation of workforce reports and dashboards for Global and U.S. employee populations. This role focuses on data accuracy, report generation, dashboard support, and user assistance across people metrics such as headcount, hiring, attrition, diversity, learning, and employee movement. The role works closely with People Analytics Leads, HRBPs, COEs, HRIS, and IT teams to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent reporting outputs. Key Responsibilities* • Support preparation and refresh of key HR metrics dashboards using Power BI for Leadership, HRBPs, and COE users • Use SQL queries to extract and validate data supporting dashboards and standard HR metrics • Assist in reporting on: o Employment cost metrics o Employee attrition by job band and population o Workforce headcount and hiring metrics o Learning and training metrics o Gender diversity metrics • Ensure reports follow defined metric definitions, SQL logic, and Power BI reporting standards People Trends & Reporting • Generate quarterly and monthly trend dashboards and visuals in Power BI for workforce, hiring, attrition, learning, and diversity metrics • Utilize SQL-based data extraction and transformations to support trend analysis • Perform basic variance analysis, sanity checks, and data validation between SQL outputs and Power BI visuals Workforce Planning & Organizational Reports • Prepare workforce planning reports using Power BI dashboards and SQL datasets, including: o Headcount by region, function, job band, and tenure o Employee generation and demographic views • Support organizational structure reporting using Power BI visuals: o Pyramid visuals o Average level grade views o Geographic workforce distribution • Assist with plant-level workforce and role distribution reports using SQL driven data models Hiring, Movement & Learning Reporting • Generate recruiting and onboarding reports using Power BI reports sourced via SQL, including: o New hires by region, role, gender, age, and function • Support employee movement reporting: o Promotions, transfers, and role changes o Movement distribution by job band, function, and gender • Prepare learning and development reports using Power BI dashboards, covering training hours, participation, and course-level analysis Attrition & Turnover Reporting • Support attrition dashboards in Power BI by: o Attrition type (voluntary / involuntary) o Region, function, gender, tenure, and job band • Provide day-to-day user support for OBIEE and Power BI reports, including navigation support, data explanation, and basic troubleshooting • Use SQL calculations to support rolling 12-month and annualized attrition metrics • Maintain detailed attrition drill-down reports with validated SQL logic Data Validation & System Support • Run routine data validation and reconciliation using SQL across PeopleSoft, OBIEE, WFA, and OneStream • Support root-cause analysis and resolution of data discrepancies in coordination with HRIS or IT teams • Maintain employee-level datasets and reports (headcount, turnover, movement) using secure SQL views • Support PeopleSoft and OneStream validation outputs and Power BI data model accuracy Dashboard Maintenance & User Support • Support maintenance, refresh, and optimization of Power BI dashboards, including: o Workforce Analytics (WFA) o Office Occupancy o Managerial Span of Control o Competency and Skills reports
