The Guest Relations Executive is responsible for creating memorable dining experiences by warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations, handling guest queries and feedback, and ensuring exceptional hospitality in line with Burma Burma’s service standards. The role focuses on building strong guest relationships and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome guests warmly and ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience.
* Manage table reservations and coordinate seating arrangements efficiently.
* Maintain accurate waitlists and communicate estimated waiting times.
* Escort guests to their tables and introduce the restaurant concept when required.
* Handle guest inquiries, requests, complaints, and special occasions professionally.
* Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service and timely table turnover.
* Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and resolve concerns promptly.
* Build relationships with repeat guests and recognize VIP customers.
* Maintain reservation records, guest preferences, and feedback in the system.
* Support promotional activities, events, and special dining experiences.
* Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
* Follow company policies, grooming standards, and hygiene protocols.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or restaurant operations.
* Freshers with excellent communication skills and a hospitality mindset may also be considered.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
