Growth Marketing Manager – Agency Marketing & Lead Generation

Experience: 4–8 years (Agency or B2B services experience preferred)
Role Overview
We are a digital services agency looking for a hands-on Growth Marketer to own the agency’s entire marketing engine — from positioning and demand generation to marketing infrastructure.
This role is not about execution in silos. You will work cross-functionally with SEO, content, performance, design, and video teams to build campaigns that generate qualified inbound leads.
You will be measured on one primary metric: Lead Generation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Positioning & Messaging
Define and sharpen the agency’s positioning for target ICPs
Craft core messaging, value propositions, and campaign themes
Translate services into outcome-driven narratives
2. Demand & Lead Generation
Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across:
SEO & content marketing
Paid ads (Google, LinkedIn, Meta – as relevant)
Email marketing & outbound sequences
Website conversion optimization
Design multi-channel campaigns around specific offers (audits, consultations, lead magnets, case studies, etc.)
Continuously test, measure, and optimize channels for CPL and lead quality
3. Cross-Team Execution
Collaborate with:
SEO team for organic demand strategy
Content team for blogs, landing pages, case studies
Designers for creatives, landing pages, ads
Video team for short-form, founder-led, and campaign videos
Own briefs, timelines, and outcomes — not just requests
4. Marketing Infrastructure & Systems
Set up and manage:
CRM (HubSpot / Zoho / equivalent)
Lead tracking & attribution
Email marketing tools and sequences
Funnel analytics and reporting dashboards
Ensure leads are captured, nurtured, and handed off cleanly to sales
5. Analytics & Reporting
Track and report on:
Leads generated (primary KPI)
Channel-wise performance
Conversion rates and funnel drop-offs
Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for scaling
