HR Executive Job Description:
An HR Executive is responsible for supporting the organization's human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation. The role ensures smooth HR operations while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records, HR documents, and personnel files.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and assist with payroll processing.
- Coordinate employee performance reviews and appraisal processes.
- Handle employee queries and resolve workplace issues professionally.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
- Prepare HR reports, recruitment reports, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Assist with exit formalities, full and final settlements, and relieving documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- Previous HR or recruitment experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of MS Office and HRMS software is preferred.
Pay: ₹13,855.49 - ₹15,181.00 per month
